iPhone Apps – Yelp

Yeep it’s another great iPhone app. Yelp. Love how it uses the GPS feature in my iPhone to help me find whatever I’m looking for – restaurants, coffee, banks, gas stations…

Another great iPhone App

Stumbled across truphone for your iPhone… VoIP for the iPhone. Great for international calls. I’ve been wrestling with how to call my folks back home in Ireland on my cell phone for years – now a cost effective way exists for the good ole iPhone. Seems to have good reviews and can’t wait to try it out. Cheaper than the seven cents a minute I’m paying on my Time Warner VoIP home phone service.

Joined the bandwagon

That’s right, I’ve joined the twitter bandwagon and I’ve got to admit I’m loving it… especially on my iPhone 3G with all those cool apps (including twitterific). Did I mention I got an iPhone 3G? Did I mention how cool it is? I mean the iPhone was cool and certainly the best mobile device I’ve ever used, but the iPhone 3G is just amazing.
